I feel it's safe to say that even though the year is beginning to wind down school-wise, there is still quite a lot of energy still present, in fact. Whether it's the cramming for college choices that I and the rest of my fellow "later" high schoolers share, the preparations for exams that the younger high schoolers face, or even (praytell) just the plans to be spent with friends being made by the middle-schoolers who may be visiting my site, I can't help but feel that in comparison to last year, this year is simply much more lively, even if not in the best of ways.

In personal news, I really couldn't be happier, as my Voice Acting (sub)profession has really begun to show the minor goals I had hoped to attain. To begin that news is the fact that I finally finished all the 45+ lines for a main character I was hired to voice in the newest episode of a flash series by Johnnyb ([link]) that is now soon to be released, and this excitement is added to by the fact that the previous installments had received very good scores ([link]). What makes it all even better, however, is that as my voice talents have progressed, I have begun to be offered the chance to voice my favorite childhood characters for the public to see ([link]). The feeling is simply estatic. I know it would seem anti-climactic to put this here, but I really do implore the lot of you to visit my audio page more often ([link]) and leave comments on my pieces, even if it's pure criticism. I really appreciate the feedback.

In terms of outside news, the weather in the Midwest hasn't exactly been the best (supported by the fact that my 4th tennis match IN A ROW was cancelled today), but there's certainly been the sense of April Showers taking their toll. Although I can't speak for myself in the sense of actually having time to spend outside (*points at homework load*), I can safely assume that it looks to be a good harvest of beautiful flowers in May, assuming the rain doesn't drown them all.



Is there a hint of avoidance of a public topic in the fact that most of this entry is personal? Perhaps, perhaps not. It's more of an attempt to connect with the rest of us out there who are likely thinking the same thing and that, at a time when the mind really can't handle thinking about another sort of subject, simply want to know that someone else out there is experiencing the same sort of stress one way or another.

So, aside from my ever-constant reminder of my voice acting career: Keep your chin up, Deviants. It's only a little while longer until the light breaks through the darkness of school, freeing your soul for a good solid something or other months.



Also, drink Dole Sparklers. I swear to god, they're the best fruity drink I have ever tasted in my life.
